Bennett Conran is the Assistant Manager at Academy Cinemas, responsible for managing the bar; most of the special cocktails you’ve tasted at any of our festivals or special screenings have been meticulously crafted, and taste tested, by Bennett himself. His greatest achievement is the Shrek cocktail, or “Shrexy Elixir”, which people are still raving about.
